As the Partner Success Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing partnerships that align with JobTread Software's business objectives. You'll work to bring on new Marketplace and Integration Partners, manage our Referral Partner Program, and cultivate opportunities that drive value for both JobTread Software and our partners. This role will also involve co-marketing initiatives, strategic upsell opportunities, and attending industry trade shows to promote JobTread Software's partnership offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Market JobTread Software's partnership opportunities to identify and engage new Marketplace Partners, Integration Partners, and Referral Partners.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring alignment on objectives and a seamless integration into JobTread Software's ecosystem.
  • Manage ongoing relationships with active partners, providing guidance and resources to maximize their success and retention.
  • Conduct annual partner reviews to assess partnership performance, identify areas for improvement, and enhance mutual value.
  • Regularly engage with partners to ensure alignment on goals, troubleshoot issues, and keep them informed about new opportunities.
  • Oversee and continuously improve the Referral Partner Program, ensuring it drives growth and engagement within the partner network.
  • Identify co-marketing opportunities with partners such as webinars, social media campaigns, and joint content to reach broader audiences.
  • Assist partners in optimizing their presence to JobTread Software's user base, including offering upsell opportunities for paid marketing initiatives.
  • Solicit sponsorships for JobTread Connect and other events, fostering valuable partner engagement and exposure.
  • Represent JobTread Software at industry trade shows and events, actively networking to promote partnership opportunities and enhance JobTread Software's visibility.
  • Track and report on partner performance, engagement metrics, and revenue contributions to ensure alignment with JobTread Software's business goals.
  • Leverage partner feedback and data insights to improve program effectiveness and enhance partner satisfaction.
  • Contribute to other marketing initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 3 years of experience in partner management, business development, or customer success, ideally within the software or SaaS industry.
  • Proven success in building and maintaining strategic business relationships and partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to present and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple partnerships and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Experience in co-marketing and/or event sponsorship sales is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel for trade shows and partner meetings as needed.
  • Knowledge of the construction or SaaS industry is a plus, providing an edge in understanding the needs of our target market.
