The Sales & Customer Service Representative primarily manages sales responsibilities, overseeing everything from initial lead contact to customer service and order management.

As the main point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and concerns, the candidate will ensure a smooth onboarding experience for customers on the website. They will conduct lead outreach across multiple channels, including the website and organic sources, using Salesforce to nurture leads through the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Implement sales strategies that align with management guidelines and established plans
  • Manage weekly customer orders by tracking payments in QuickBooks Online, ensuring accurate order processing, and overseeing shipping label printing through ShipStation
  • Research and qualify cold leads, organizing them in Salesforce CRM for follow-up
  • Monitor leads in Salesforce to ensure accurate tracking, timely follow-ups, and conversion into sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects and customers through consistent follow-ups and check-ins
  • Provide prompt customer support by addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns effectively
  • Address technical or user issues on the website, ensuring proper functionality with support from our developer
  • Assist with various projects assigned by management to enhance marketing and sales initiatives
  • Attend trade shows to represent the company and engage with potential clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales or a related field
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, QuickBooks Online, and ShipStation or similar software
  • Background in customer service
  • Willingness to attend trade shows and represent the company
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Flexibility to shift between roles and tasks as needed to support sales and marketing efforts
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues
  • Adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe working environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
