About the Role :
We are seeking an Account Executive to join our growing and dynamic team at Logic Staffing.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct high-volume sales of company products and services.
- Present, pitch, and propose products and services as solutions to established problems.
- Maintain accurate data and notes in a CRM or similar database.
- Negotiate contracts to maximize long-term and immediate value.
- Forecast closed deals (sales, recruiting, etc.).
- Educate users, clients, and prospects about products and services, providing relevant and accurate information.
- Effective communication skills with people at all levels of an organization.
- Ability to build relationships and accomplish multiple detail-oriented tasks simultaneously.
- Make sound business decisions analytically in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent follow-through skills and time management.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Posess excellent phone sales skills with a strong sense of urgency.
- Ability to take feedback from managers and peers as a learning experience.
Conduct discovery meetings to uncover pain points aligned with products and services.

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
