We are seeking an Employee Engagement Manager to join our growing and dynamic team.

- Connect with and support deployed associates in a people-centered approach.
- Maintain high social awareness and emotional intelligence while balancing directness with empathy.
- Handle setbacks, disappointment, and difficult conversations professionally.
- Engage and inspire associates through strong communication skills.
- Utilize coaching and leadership experience to manage or mentor employees effectively.
- Manage tracking systems, data analysis, and process improvements using systems-oriented and organized approaches.
- Create a welcoming environment through energetic and extroverted interactions.
- Navigate challenges with creative problem-solving solutions.
- Familiarity with HR best practices, including hiring and termination laws in California.
