Key Responsibilities:
While responsibilities may vary, here’s what you can expect in this role:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the CMMS in a manufacturing environment.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the preventive maintenance program to keep equipment in top condition.
- Ensure the mechanical and electrical upkeep of all equipment and systems.
- Plan and implement best practices within the CMMS environment to improve efficiency.
- Lead equipment revitalization projects to enhance system performance.
- Create training programs for plant mechanics and electricians to strengthen technical skills.
- Manage maintenance parts pricing, vendor relations, inventory, and expense budgets.
- Work closely with the Maintenance and Operations teams to develop effective maintenance schedules and ensure necessary parts are available.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and boost production line efficiency.
- Participate actively in team meetings and cross-functional collaborations.
- Perform work order quality audits to assess and enhance team performance, taking corrective action when necessary.
- Promote and enforce workplace safety by conducting safety training and maintaining a secure environment for all employees.

What We’re Looking For:
5 to 10 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or packaging facility.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
Hands-on experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Project management and capital project experience are a plus!
Willingness to work off-shifts and weekends when needed.
