Key Responsibilities:
Your day-to-day responsibilities may vary, but here’s what you can expect:
- Oversee mechanical systems, equipment, and machinery to keep everything in top working order.
- Perform and coordinate mechanical and electrical maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
- Help plan and implement best practices for mechanical and electrical systems.
- Take the lead on plant projects, bringing fresh ideas and creative solutions.
- Develop hands-on training for plant mechanics and electricians.
- Manage maintenance labor and expense budgets effectively.
- Promote and enforce workplace safety by conducting safety training and ensuring compliance with safety procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the team and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

What We’re Looking For:
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or packaging facility.
- Familiarity with AB (Allen Bradley) electrical equipment, PLCs, panel drives, and controls is a plus!
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills—teamwork makes the dream work!
- Engineering knowledge or background is a bonus.
- Experience using MS Office tools like Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Prior experience working in a union environment is preferred.
