What You’ll Do:
As a Production Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for managing a team of 15-20 employees, including machine operators, lab technicians, and mechanics. Your role will involve:
- Collaborating with other shift supervisors to ensure seamless operations.
- Partnering with Maintenance, Quality Control, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to keep production running smoothly.
- Overseeing equipment operation, raw material coordination, and reporting.
- Leading and motivating your team to meet production efficiency and cost goals.
- Ensuring quality control and adherence to safety policies.
- Managing employee schedules, performance, and evaluations.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Keeping accurate records and handling administrative tasks like payroll coding and downtime reporting.

What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory role.
- Background in beverage, food, or fast-paced packaging industries is preferred.
- Experience with maintenance and quality control is a big plus.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, especially in a unionized environment.
- Ability to problem-solve and drive process improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and manufacturing software.
- Willingness to work off-shift hours, including nights and weekends.
- Strong understanding of industrial safety protocols.
