What You'll Do
As a Territory Sales Manager, you'll take charge of a full-cycle sales process, from lead generation to customer satisfaction. Your mission will be to :

- Identify new business opportunities, qualify leads, and strategically grow accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define project specifications, interpret drawings, and prepare quotes using Metal Building Software.
- Support clients at every stage-from initial contact through post-order service-ensuring smooth contract processing and approval workflows.
- Resolve customer concerns by analyzing problems, offering innovative solutions, and preparing recommendations to improve processes.
- Meet and exceed sales and profit goals, contributing to both individual and team success.
