We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Flight Test Engineer to join our team.
As a Senior Flight Test Engineer at Joby Aviation, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing detailed flight test plans for experimental CTOL/VTOL fly-by-wire aircraft
- Working closely with system designers to develop test procedures
- Leading/following effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Executing testing as a crewmember
- Performing post-flight data analysis
- Conducting engineering analysis of flight test data
- Coordinating with other engineering groups to ensure input from subject matter experts informs test planning and test execution
