This role will track trends, interpret data, and provide actionable recommendations to inform and improve Jockey's social media presence, audience engagement, and overall business outcomes. This position can be located at our corporate headquarters in Kenosha, WI (between Chicago, IL and Milwaukee, WI area), or at our office in Nashville, TN.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSData Analysis & Reporting : Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics across all social media platforms, including paid and organic efforts, to optimize campaigns and drive measurable business results. Develop and present comprehensive performance reports with clear insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders. Social Commerce & ROI Optimization : Identify and analyze social commerce opportunities, including shoppable posts, live-stream shopping, and platform-specific commerce tools, to maximize revenue and customer engagement. Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams to ensure seamless integration of social commerce strategies across platforms. Social Listening & Market Research : Monitor social media conversations, sentiment, and trends using social listening tools to uncover actionable insights. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, potential threats, and industry benchmarks to inform strategy. Content Strategy & Campaign Support : Provide recommendations for content creation that align with brand goals, leverages trending topics, and drives engagement. Support campaign planning and execution, incorporating insights from data analysis and social listening. Performance Optimization : Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in content performance and audience engagement. Use data-driven insights to inform boosting strategies, audience targeting, and campaign timing.Collaboration & Strategy Development : Collaborate with social, brand, and creative teams to align on overall social media strategies and contribute to integrated campaigns. Stay current with industry trends and platform updates, ensuring Jockey remains at the forefront of social media innovation.
