Our paid Supply Chain Planning Internship is located at Jockey’s corporate headquarters in Kenosha, WI - an easy commute from the greater Milwaukee/Racine areas, Northern IL, or surrounding southeast WI regions. Plus, work schedules are very flexible in order accommodate class schedules/commitments.

The Supply Chain Planning Intern will work closely with our Corporate Planning team on a variety of projects, including:
- Supporting ERP Implementation: Assist in data validation, system testing, user training, and troubleshooting during the transition to a new ERP system
- Process Improvement: Support the team in identification of process inefficiencies in supply chain planning and propose improvements to enhance productivity and accuracy
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, clean, and analyze supply chain data to provide insights and recommendations for optimization
- Documentation & SOP Development: Assist in creating and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) for new and improved processes. Organize and structure for accessibility and functional use
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with procurement, logistics, merchandising, and business teams to facilitate full supply chain understanding enhancing business acumen
- Project Support: Contribute to key supply chain projects, such as demand planning enhancements, inventory optimization, and supplier collaboration
- Perform other duties/projects as requested
Candidate Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field. GPA 3.0 or above.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, Power BI, Tableau or other data visualization tools.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems (D365, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in process improvement and technology-driven solutions in supply chain management.
- Ability to work at Jockey's corporate office in Kenosha, WI. (No relocation or housing assistance provided for this position.)
