Jockey is seeking a Video & Motion Graphics Editor to join our Marketing team!

JOB SUMMARY

The Video & Motion Graphics Editor will conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality video content and motion graphics for various digital platforms.

This position can be located at our corporate headquarters in Kenosha, WI (between Chicago, IL and Milwaukee, WI area), or at our office in Nashville, TN .

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Brand Content Creation

Work creatively to build engaging short-form and long-form video content that is optimized for various media platforms and meets brand standards.
Select and add music, sound effects, graphics, text overlays, color grading, captions, and thumbnails.
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop video concepts that highlight the brand's unique qualities, product features, and lifestyle appeal.
Plan and execute video content for campaigns, lookbooks, product launches, and other brand-driven initiatives.
Visually convey product benefit, function, and detail through video, animation, and graphics in a world class approach.

Social Media Content

Create engaging, trend-forward, brand-relevant social media content that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement.

Work on quick-turnaround projects for real-time content related to promotions, trends, or events, optimized for social sharing.

Collaboration

Collaborate and partner with various departments and stakeholders to understand their video needs and deliver high-quality content that meets their objections.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative and critical input.

Content Repurposing

Identify opportunities to repurpose existing long-form video content into shorter, engaging edits for social media, jockey.com, and other designated media platforms.

Brand Vision

Follow brand guidelines and maintain consistent brand vision.

Digital Asset Management

Organize and manage video footage, audio files, and other multimedia assets effectively and efficiently. Ensure all content is backed up, cataloged, and easily accessible for future use.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

3-5 years of experience in video editing and motion graphic design, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or related field.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other relevant tools (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender).

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines consistently.

Skilled in visual storytelling, with strong technical expertise.

Ability to deliver projects that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Strong understanding of current video trends, especially in social media.

Proven ability to develop and execute creative concepts that drive engagement.

Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and content.

Experience in coordinating photo and video production, with a keen eye for detail and creative excellence.

Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Passion for brand-building and a deep understanding of audience engagement.
