What is the position?
The Engineering Technician is responsible for leveraging operational data to help identify and reduce emissions from large-scale natural gas projects.
What will you do?
As an Engineering Technician, you will:
- Analyze emissions reports and data
- Collaborate with various teams including Operations and IT to identify emissions associated with field equipment
- Be a part of a team that utilizes emissions monitoring technology
What are the requirements?
- Mechanical Engineering certificate preferred
- Knowledge of the midstream oil & gas industry
- Excel and basic data analysis skills
- Understanding of SQL
- Ability to multitask and prioritize appropriately
- Excellent communication skills
- Exposure to PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) preferred
- Ability to understand Instrumentation & Control Systems preferred
