What is this position?
The IT Project Coordinator will provide support for large IT initiatives within an enterprise environment by assisting the Project Management team and other stakeholders in the IT department.
What will you do?
As an IT Project Coordinator, you will:
- Track project objectives and give reports to various stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Work directly with the project team to ensure all responsibilities and requirements are met
- Perform clerical and administrative work for the project
- Coordinate all of the project feedback and the testing process
- Coordinate project activities such as workshops and meeting sessions
- Gather data throughout the project
- Administer the SharePoint site
What are the requirements?
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2 years of experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and a high attention to detail
- Self-starter who likes to take initiative
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
