Responsibilities
- Assist in insurance sales processes by educating clients on available options and guiding them through decision-making.
- Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring all needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Provide comprehensive customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product solutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and work together to attain sales goals both individually and as a team.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads and generate reports.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales is preferred.
- Strong background in customer service with a focus on relationship building.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
