Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our B2B sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with clients in our assigned market. Your primary focus will be on lead generation, cold calling, and visiting prospective clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a passion for sales, enabling them to effectively analyze market trends and customer needs.
Compensation
Pay: $20/hr competitive commissions and bonuses
We are in a position of growth, and a strong salesperson in this role has the potential to gross $70-80K between base pay, bonuses, and commissions this year.

Core Responsibilities
The responsibilities described in this section are fundamental to success in this position.
- Cultivate and Strengthen customer relationships.
- Make sales presentations, both new cold calls and existing customer upgrades.
- Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue them
- Write weekly replenishment orders.
- Manage Accounts Receivable relationships with customers and collect payments.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
The requirements listed below are the minimum degrees, certifications, knowledge, skill, and/or ability required of this position.
- Valid driver’s license without restrictions that affect your ability to operate company owned vehicle(s) and ability to maintain a clean driving record
- 3-5 years outsides sales experience, preferably in the automotive market
- Highschool Diploma or GED equivalent
- Taking the Sales Personality test generated by Mighty of America

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift Monday through Friday.
Supplemental Pay:
- Bonus pay
- Commission structure based on developing new business to both internal and external accounts.
- Monthly bonus based off revenue generated.
