Invitational Hospitality
- Inspire conversation with guests

Coffee Execution
- Continually maintain high-quality espresso/coffee/drink service
- Pour latte art
- Continually improve thoughtful bar flow in non-standard locations/circumstances
- Keep service station tidy and attractive

- Dynamically adjust effort to current situations
- Prioritize guest experience under shifting challenges
- Maintain personal health and well-being
Team Orientation
- Comfortably communicate needs

Requirements
- Food Handlers License
- 5 years of Specialty Coffee barista experience
- Experience in high-volume, high-stress service execution
- Competence in chat apps (specifically Google Chat)

Physical capability to:
- Regularly lift and move 50-70 lbs of coffee equipment
- Stand for ~8 hours
Preferred Capabilities
- 1 year of event/catering experience
- Drivers license and comfort driving a cargo van in NYC
- Engaging charisma
- Experience in packing/moving/logistics
- Bilingual
- Sense of urgency
