Joe Cooper Hyundai of Midwest City is accepting applications for an additional Service Advisor. Our Service Advisors are responsible for :
- Serving as the primary point of contact for all automotive service and repair matters
- Communicating effectively between customers, managers, and technicians
- Listening to and understanding customer problems
- Arranging appropriate service / repairs
- Setting and managing expectations for customers and technicians
- Explaining needed repairs and recommended maintenance to customers
- Ensuring customer satisfaction with repair quality and timeliness
- Working productively in a fast-paced team environment
- Delivering world-class customer service
