What are the responsibilities and job description for the Insurance Customer Service Representative position at Joe Donovan & Company Insurance Agents?
We are looking to add a 440 CSR or a 220 Agent to our staff. Applicant must proficient in Microsoft and EZ Lynks agency management system. This is a hourly plus commission position, so we are looking for motivated individuals to apply.
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with inquiries regarding policies, and coverage options.
- Process policy changes, renewals, and endorsements accurately.
- Support agents by preparing quotes, policy documents, and follow-ups.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain detailed client records in the agency’s management system.
- Stay updated on insurance products and industry regulations.
- Create Certificates of insurance for clients
- Comprehension of EZ Lynx CRM system
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- Insurance license Required 4-40 or 2-20
- Bilingual a Plus (Spanish)
