Summary :
JHP is in search of a dynamic and results driven marketing coordinator that is responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns and strategies. This role typically involves managing day-to-day marketing activities, email marketing, organizing events, coordinating with external vendors and agencies, tracking marketing metrics, and supporting the marketing team in various tasks.
Job Responsibilities :
- Email Campaign Coordination : Oversee all aspects of email campaigns, from content creation to scheduling and audience segmentation.
- Content Creation : Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging marketing materials such as blogs, newsletters, social media posts, and advertisements.
- Website Management : Update the company website regularly with information about upcoming events, marketing assets, and channel information.
- Social Media Management : Schedule, post, and track performance of social media content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Data Analysis : Analyze marketing campaign performance and prepare reports on key metrics, offering recommendations for improvements.
- Event Coordination : Assist with organizing and promoting events, webinars, and trade shows.
- Brand Consistency : Ensure that marketing materials align with the company’s brand guidelines and messaging.
- Administrative Support : Handle marketing logistics, maintain project timelines, and collaborate with external agencies or vendors as needed.
Qualifications :
