As a Customer Care Representative with our office, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, service our existing clients accounts, uncover new opportunities, refer new sales opportunities, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Conduct policy reviews
- Set customer appointments
- Meet service and sales related goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Must be goal driven
- Must have a General Lines Property and Casualty License or obtain
- Must have Life and Health License or obtain
