Position Overview
I am a local State Farm Insurance Agent looking to hire an outgoing and customer-focused individual who enjoys working with the public. We are looking for a in office sales position.
Responsibilities
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

Requirements
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products
- People-oriented
- Self-motivated
- Experience in marketing financial products
