Job description
Joe's Art Time, LLC seeks a creative and compassionate Art Therapist or Creative Arts Therapist to join our team. Must have graduated from a master's art therapy program and have the potential to achieve the ATR registration and BC Board Certification or the REAT certification.

Requirements:
- Master's degree or higher in Art Therapy.
- Must have experience working with children and adult populations.
- Experience developing and implementing art therapy directives and protocols
- Must complete training from and work under the supervision of a credentialed art therapist.
- Administrative and social media marketing experience preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation and can commute up to 2 hours to facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead art therapy art-making sessions.
- Prep themes and supplies for art-making sessions.
- Establish procedures to follow in group sessions.
Required Skills & Abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must understand best practices within the field of Art Therapy and Arts in Health.
- Must be able to complete a Level 2 Background check. Provide physical to work in hospital settings.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday from 10:30 am-5:30 pm and Saturdays 11 am to 3 pm as needed
Physical Requirements:
- Must have a valid Florida Class “E” Driver’s License or equivalent issued by another state by date of application.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly rate $21-$26 depending on experience and qualifications.
- Mileage Reimbursement.
