Meat Cutter

Our Smokehouse Production team members are responsible for production, processing, and quality control of all major proteins including, but not limited to: beef, pork, ribs, sausage, and chicken.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Monday - Saturday shifts available
• Friday and Saturday shifts required
• Rarely scheduled on Sundays!
• $20.00-$22.00 per hour
• Follows all standardized procedures and recipes.
• Follows all company food safety standards and practices.
• Has or achieves exceptional knife skills
• Trims beef briskets, pork shoulders, pork ribs and whole chickens.
• Checks smokers for proper settings, functionality, and temperatures.
• Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by cleaning workstations, equipment, and utensils.
• Masters and executes all opening and mid-day duties.
• Exceeds quality standards and provides superior food products and services.
• Removing garbage and recycling.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
