Restoration Cleaning Estimator

The Estimator is responsible for the initial contact with the customer, adjusters and homeowners to successfully sell our services to the customer for mold, fire or biohazard clean-up. This position ensures that projects are completed in a timely manner, on budget and to the highest quality standards bringing the properties to their pre-disaster condition.

Primary / Key Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the successful completion of various restoration projects that are caused by fire, smoke, wind, water and mold.
• Manage assigned employees ensuring tasks are being completed effectively and efficiently.
• Perform Site inspections.
• Inspect job site to determine the extent of the damages.
• Estimate the cost of completing the job.
• Obtain approvals from customers and obtain signed contacts to schedule and commence work.
• Successfully sell our services to the customer for mold, fire or biohazard clean-up.
• Communicate with home & business owners, insurance adjusters and sub-contractors.
• Any and all other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Education and/or Experience and Qualifications

Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Experience: One to three (1-3) years of experience and/or training in project management.

Valid Driver's License

Certification: Mold Certificate, AMRT & WTR and Lead Certificate.
