Skills And Specifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Expected to be knowledgeable of residential and commercial building construction and demolition
- Knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing
- Possess critical thinking skills
- Fluent in English, bi-lingual a plus but not required
- Expected to interact positively with other employees of all levels
- Exhibit adaptability, flexibility, self-control and maturity in work and behavior
- Recognize situations that require notification of a manager
- Analyze, interpret and communicate data effectively both verbally and in writing
- effectively present information and respond to questions from leadership
- Complete assignments with promptness and accuracy
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent
- Valid Drivers license with no more than 3 moving violations and or at fault accidents on record in the past 7 years
- No conviction of a drug or alcohol or felony related incident on your background
- Legal and authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization or sponsorship by our company now or in the future
- 18 years and older
- Ability to effectively communicate in English both verbally and in writing
