Responsibilities
As an integral part of our team, you will:
- Actively seek out and cultivate new business opportunities in the Oklahoma City area and beyond.
- Build, manage, and expand a portfolio of existing accounts.
- Conduct site surveys and provide detailed product recommendations tailored to customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Represent Joe W. Fly Company at industry events, trade shows, and on-site with customers - always reflecting our values and commitment to excellence.
- Contribute to our financial stability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- 2 years of sales experience, ideally in a related industry - though not required.
- Proven success in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills (in person and virtually).
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
- Ability to perform light to medium work, exerting up to 25 pounds of lifting occasionally.
- Operate in a professional office environment with regular travel to customer locations.
- Comfortable using standard office equipment and mobile apps.
