Regional Sales and Account Manager: CT/RI
Joe Warren & Sons Company Inc. (JWS), a leading provider of commercial refrigeration and food equipment services throughout New England, is seeking to add a Regional Sales and Account Manager based out of our Moosup, CT location to help lead the company through an exciting phase of growth in Connecticut and Rhode Island. Regional Sales and Account Manager Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets within the assigned CT/RI territory.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer organizations, including hospitals, schools, corporate kitchens, franchises, and restaurants.
- Actively prospect and secure new business opportunities while managing and growing existing accounts.
- Conduct detailed needs assessments to deliver tailored solutions and maintain a consultative sales approach.
- Promote JWS’s full range of services, including equipment sales, service contracts, preventative maintenance, and emergency repair.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and exceptional service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide timely reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Travel within the CT/RI territory to meet with clients and represent JWS at events as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a service-oriented or trade-related industry.
- Experience or knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, or similar trades helpful.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with excellent organizational abilities and a team-first attitude.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within CT/RI.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds
