Were seeking a highly organized and driven Insurance Office Manager to join our small but dedicated team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth office operations while delivering outstanding service to our clients. Youll be the backbone of our office, supporting administrative tasks, client relationships, and day-to-day operations. Starting at $18 / hour , pay will be based on experience, with opportunities to grow and develop professionally. While no prior licensing is required, we will provide full support for obtaining your Property and Casualty (P / C) license.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  • Assist clients with policy inquiries, payments, and general insurance questions.
  • Maintain office records, update client databases, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Support the agent with paperwork, claims processing, and appointment scheduling.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships.
  • Process invoices, payments, and other basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including social media updates and client outreach.

Requirement

  • Willingness to become P / C licensed (all materials and exam fees reimbursed upon passing).
  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role (insurance experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor.
