Note: This is a 24 hour operation. The Production Manager is responsible to supervise Supervisors across the entire 5 day, 24 hour operation. This may require coming in off hours at times to work with the non-day shifts.
MANDATORY SKILLS:
- Experience in production management and operations
- Knowledge of quality control processes
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
