Job Title: Window Glazier and Installer

Job Description:

Joe's Glass Inc. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Glazier and Installer to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for the professional installation, repair, and replacement of glass in windows, doors, and other structures in both residential and commercial settings. You will work closely with clients and our team to ensure that all installations meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and replace glass in windows, doors, and other structures.
• Accurately measure and cut glass to fit specified spaces.
• Handle and install various types of glass, including insulated, tempered, and decorative glass.
• Ensure all installations are done safely and meet company and industry standards.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide product and service recommendations.
• Collaborate with the sales and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, products, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or trade school certification is a plus.
• Previous experience as a glazier or in a related field, preferably within the window or glass industry.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and installations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to use hand and power tools, as well as measuring tools, proficiently.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.94 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Work Location: In person

Salary : $19 - $30
