Duties:
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Charting daily visit notes
- Provide support to patients with special needs, such as behavioral health
Skills:
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to provide compassionate care and maintain patient confidentiality
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
- Ability to work in a home environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
