Position: Data Entry Specialist
Job Type: Part-Time
Shift & Schedule: Monday through Friday, 4-hour shifts

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to assist with essential financial and administrative tasks. This part-time role is ideal for a skilled professional with a background in bookkeeping, accounting, and data entry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable & Payable: Manage invoices, payments, and financial transactions efficiently.
- Payroll Processing: Ensure accurate and timely payroll administration.
- Bank & Credit Card Reconciliation: Review and reconcile financial statements.
- Tax Compliance: Prepare and file quarterly and annual tax returns while staying up-to-date with tax regulations.
- Financial Reporting: Process, print, and mail 1099s and W-2s as required.
- Daily Data Entry: Post invoices, vendor invoices, and bank debits accurately.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (preferred but not required).
- High attention to detail and strong accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
