The primary responsibilities of a Pizza Maker include prepping and making pizzas and other food items and providing great customer service.

Pizza Maker Compensation:
$18 - $20 / hour, based on experience
Essential Functions
- Prepare pizzas, bread, and other pasta as needed.
- Prepare the dough by kneading and stretching as required.
- Apply sauce and add toppings.
- Manage pizza time in the brick oven.
- Deliver pizza to the counter or the customer when needed.
- Slice pizza according to size and customer specification.
- Set up, restock, and maintain clean food preparation areas.
- Cover, date, and correctly store all items per safe food-handling procedures.
- Inform the Chef in advance of possible shortages.
- Serve food in keeping with restaurant standards.
- Display knowledge and follow all procedures in sanitation and proper food handling.
- Prepare food following working menus, recipe cards, and photos.
- Display thorough knowledge of our menus and dishes.
- Report all unsafe conditions immediately.
- Attend all required meetings.
- Complete other tasks as assigned by the supervisor, including cross-training.
Requirements
- Food Safety Certification.
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
- Meet minimum age requirement for jurisdiction.
- 2 years previous relevant experience required.
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to withstand heat and moisture for an extended time.
Salary : $18 - $20
