Painter/Handyman

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of skills in maintenance and repair work, ensuring that properties are well-maintained and functional. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties.
• Execute drywall installation and repair tasks, ensuring a smooth finish.
• Carry out frame carpentry projects, including building and repairing structures.
• Conduct welding tasks as needed for various projects.
• Apply caulking to seal gaps and improve insulation.
• Restore surfaces, including stucco applications, to enhance property aesthetics.
• Utilize airless paint spraying techniques for efficient painting jobs.
• Perform plaster repairs to maintain the integrity of walls and ceilings.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople as necessary to complete larger projects.

Skills

• Proficient in basic math for measurements and calculations related to repairs.
• Experience with drywall installation and finishing techniques.
• Knowledge of frame carpentry principles and practices.
• Ability to weld metal components safely and effectively.
• Skilled in caulking methods for sealing joints and openings.
• Strong maintenance person skills with a broad understanding of maintenance tasks.
• Experience in restoring surfaces, particularly stucco finishes.
• Familiarity with airless paint spraying equipment and techniques.
• Competence in plastering for wall repair and finishing.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have own tools.
