We're expanding and seeking high-energy, results-driven sales professionals who are ready to grow their careers in the exciting world of international trade shows.Important Note:
This role requires frequent travel to trade shows across the U.S. and internationally throughout the year.
- On-site employees work closely with our team at the office and events.
- Remote workers (1099) must be self-managed and available to travel when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell and promote booth spaces for upcoming expos and shows
- Reach out to new and returning exhibitors (gemstone dealers, jewelry designers, crystal shops, mineral collectors, and manufacturers)
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Attend and represent JOGS at trade shows (domestic and international)
- Assist with booth selection, contract processing, and logistics support
- Work closely with marketing, logistics, and operations teams
- Maintain accurate records and track leads using CRM systems
Preferred Experience:
If you’ve never sold expo booths before, but are a great salesperson — we want to hear from you!
- B2B or B2C sales experience with strong communication and organization skills
- Background in the gem, jewelry, mineral, or luxury goods industry is a big plus
- Experience in fitness, health, wellness expos or events also welcome
- Trade show, expo, or event sales experience is highly valued
Qualifications:
- Excellent sales and closing skills
- Great communicator and relationship-builder
- Willing and able to travel frequently (up to 50%)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Must have a valid passport and be eligible to work in the U.S.
Compensation:
- Base salary commission (W2 or part-time on-site)
- Commission-only structure (1099 remote) with high earning potential

Pay: $22.56 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
