The position involves the accurate shipping and receiving of goods for a food manufacturer, while maintaining the company GMP's and additional policies. This includes the scheduling of shipments and negotiation of freight rates. Must be very dependable and very detail oriented. Physical duties include pulling orders and preparing them for shipment. Must have very good computer and email skills for scheduling shipments and receiving information from the carriers and other company personnel.
