Overview
Johanna Beverage Company is searching for a Customer Service Representative for immediate hire. Candidate must successfully complete a background check, General Physical, and pass a standard drug screen.
Position Details:
- Compensation $20 - $25 an hour
- Full Time Employment with Benefits first of the month following 60 days.
- Medical, Dental, Vision coverage after 60 days (employee premium 12.5%). 401K with Company Match. Company paid Life insurance, and Long Term Disability.
- Monday – Friday 8 AM – 4:30 PM
Summary:This position works with Vendors, Customers and Carriers to ensure customer relations and resolve customer issues. It requires the ability to multi-task, work independently and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Receive and Resolve customer service concerns relating to distribution and customer sales orders.
- Contact vendors, customers and carriers, etc., to coordinate any problems.
- Process customer sales orders and purchase orders
- Assist in inventory cycle counts
- Schedule deliveries and will call pick-ups
- New customer setup and data entry
- Supply Chain/Logistics reporting of issues and concerns
Qualifications
- 2-5 years office support experience
- Detail Oriented and organized
- Strong Verbal and Written communication skills
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and ten-key
