What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine Operator (NCC Stacker) - 2nd Shift position at Johanson Technology?
Johanson Technology Inc. (JTI) is looking for a Machine Operator (NCC Stacker) for our 2nd shift. Will be responsible for setting-up and operate stacking machine.
Training for this position will be schedule for 8 weeks during the 1st shift schedule (7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.) prior to working on 2nd shift (3:30 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.)
JTI has over thirty years' experience specializing in the design, manufacture and sales of high-quality Power and RF ceramic chip capacitors, inductors, and Integrated Passive Components into the global electronics market.
Hourly Rate (Non-Exempt): $18.00 - $20.00/per hour.
Training on 1st Shift (up to 8 weeks): 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
2nd Shift Schedule (after 8 weeks): 3:30 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.

Required Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED
- At least three (3) months of Microscope experience
- Must be able to set-up and operate semi-automated machine.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic computer skills
- Basic math skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Previous experience working in a Clean Room Environment
Essential Functions:
- Upload program instructed on the traveler to stack sheets of dielectric material.
- Stackers are responsible for stacking sheets of dielectric material.
- Read the travelers to ensure that they are following correct build-up design and correct dielectric type.
- Read and locate program files and data recording in SPC Data Entry are required for this position.
- Inspection of stacked bars through the microscope.
