- Conduct practice sessions, providing instruction and feedback to individual swimmers and the team as a whole.
- Assess swimmer performance and adjust training plans accordingly.

- Teach and train proper swimming techniques, including stroke mechanics, breathing, and starts/turns.
- Motivate and encourage swimmers to reach their full potential.
