As a key player in our creative team, you will deliver high-quality, print-ready artwork in a fast-paced environment while being adept at enhancing and adapting our design system. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, print expertise, typesetting proficiency, color management abilities, and meticulous attention to detail. Your experience in motion graphics and 3D rendering will help bring our innovative ideas to fruition.You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to address design priorities including digital design projects, email campaigns, display ads, website updates, social media content, sales tools, and event layouts while ensuring adherence to brand aesthetics. You will take ownership of the final print production of labels and packaging, preparing files for release to printers and maintaining an organized repository of production files.Key Responsibilities : Exhibit exceptional technical skills in creating production files for printing and packaging.Translate design files into clean, optimized, and print-ready formats.Maintain a high level of detail and organization in a deadline-driven environment.Adapt and manage shifting priorities while remaining open to feedback.Collaborate with a close-knit, engaged team focused on excellence.Key Skills : Detail-oriented final art and production knowledge.Strong portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and technical skills.Experience in motion graphics.Proficient in 3D renderings.Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).Strong typography and layout capabilities.Ability to apply brand standards and ensure consistency.Motivated team player who values collaboration.Excellent problem-solving skills.Outstanding file organization and archiving capabilities.Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.Preferred Skills : Digital illustration experience.Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent experience, or 4 additional years in the graphic design field, focusing on pre-press work, web-related, or interactive design projects.Experience : 3 years in production graphic design (preferred).3 years with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly in Illustrator and Photoshop (preferred).Experience creating motion graphics, including typography, photography, live video, and 3D animation for social media.2 years of 3D rendering experience (preferred).Familiarity with creating and editing animated GIFs (Photoshop, After Effects).Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS is advantageous.In-depth understanding of color management principles for consistent print outputs.Able to manage high volumes of projects while ensuring accuracy.Work efficiently with thorough attention to detail.Salary Range :
85-100k annually, plus bonus potential
