We are seeking a highly motivated Organizational Development Intern to join our team at John B. Sanfilippo & Son, Inc.

This internship will provide hands-on experience in organizational development, working closely with our leaders to gain mentorship and support.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:

In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates — Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
- Coordinate training activities related to grant requirements
- Develop training materials as needed
- Conduct surveys to identify training opportunities
- Evaluate training programs, instructors, or materials
We are looking for a candidate with strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail and accuracy, good communication and interpersonal skills, a positive, proactive and curious attitude, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
