We are currently seeking a Home Performance Data Administrator to not only join our team but also be a part of our family and make a difference together as we grow!
JOB SUMMARY:
- Will assist the Home Performance Manager with daily operational needs pertaining to NYSERDA Empower portal.
- Supports the company’s sales goals through outstanding internal and external customer service, efficiency, and thorough
- completion of tasks. Entering and uploading audit data to NYSERDA portal, communicating with office staff and
- communicating with NYSERDA to receive the maximum amount of subsidy dollars.
PRINCIPLE TASKS:
- Upload work scopes into NYSERDA for approvals.
- Respond the same day to any revisions and upload new work scope (call auditors if information is needed).
- Move work step on spreadsheet when project gets approval for installation.
- Notify the team with all projects that get approval.
- Check folder to be sure the following information is present to work scope.
- Update insulation estimates in Service Titan to reflect Empower pricing when needed.
- Once approved, input subsidy dollar amounts onto Home Performance dashboard.
- Once approved, create Energy Assessment from NYHEP and add it to the customers folder.
- Communication with team regarding work going through NYSERDA.
- Other duties assigned by the Home Performance Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior experience in an office setting.
- Knowledge of HVAC industry is helpful.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
- Strong attention to detail and able to multi-task.
- Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot without direction.
- Ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Excellent computer skills with a proficiency on Microsoft Excel.
EDUCATION:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Hearing, vision, and speaking within normal ranges is essential for normal conversations, to receive ordinary information and to prepare or inspect documents.
- Be able to lift 10 lbs. at times.
