ABOUT OUR COMPANY:

TASKS:
- Install blown-in cellulose, fiberglass and spray foam insulation systems
- Identify any health and safety issues related to planned insulation projects.
- Perform air sealing measures
- Record materials used.
- Remove and dispose of old insulation.
- Measure and cut insulation to fit into walls and around pipes.
- Load and unload insulation material at warehouse and jobsite.
- Maintain a clean and organized work truck.
- Complete required paperwork and communicate with office staff.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience installing blown-in cellulose and other types of insulation
- Must be able to work on ladders, roofs, and in confined spaces
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools to install insulation.
- Construction knowledge preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Ability to learn to remove many types of siding, install roof vents, patch drywall, and other minor carpentry duties.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well with others in a team atmosphere.
