Summary
The Quality Auditor is responsible for ensuring that products meet established standards of quality and for supporting the Quality Team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Inspects, tests, and samples materials, parts, or products for defects and deviations from specifications.
- Observes and monitors production operations and equipment to ensure conformance to specifications and makes or orders necessary process or assembly adjustments.
- Discards or rejects products, materials, and equipment not meeting specifications.
- Interprets and follows blueprints, diagrams, and technical instructions for inspections.
- Records inspection or test data, such as weights, temperatures, grades, or moisture content, and quantities inspected or graded.
- Communicates with production teams regarding quality control issues and recommends changes to enhance product quality.
- Performs routine checks on machinery and systems to ensure everything is in working order.
- Keeps track of quality documentation and reports any inconsistencies or changes.
- Stays updated with product specifications and the latest quality control techniques.
Education & Training
- High School Diploma Required
- Previous Training in Quality Control Methods and Standards Preferred

- Keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
