Real Estate Research Analyst

We are searching for a futuristic thinker who can help us see through the clutter of consumer and design trends and figure out “what's next” for the housing industry. If you dream about the future and often find yourself trying to understand how the world works, we want to meet you! Do you have to be an expert in housing? No. Do you have to be willing and able to learn about housing? Yes.

Please note the exact title will be bestowed based on skills and experience.

Required Traits:

• An analytical thinker who can take insights to the next level
• An avid reader who can summarize high-level takeaways quickly and succinctly
• A strategic mindset that can see patterns amidst clutter
• Enjoys challenges and problem-solving

Required Skills:

• Strong communication skills
• Strong time management skills
• Independent worker when needed and a team player when needed
• Able to react quickly and seamlessly to changing priorities with a consistent sense of urgency
• Able to handle confidential information
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Bonus: a keen eye for design in terms of formatting, architecture, and content creation

• Experience with direct-to-consumer marketing/communication (any industry)
• Experience organizing and hosting focus groups

• A passion for making clients and team members happy
• A phenomenal writer and copyeditor
• Can lead business-to-business sales and/or business development
• Goes above and beyond to build strong relationships
• Stellar project management skills (similar to balancing plates on a stick while unicycling)
• A qualitative research guru with top-notch listening skills
• Comfortable being recorded live or pre-recorded
• Can form an opinion (or multiple opinions) on a topic and articulate it clearly, compassionately, and respectfully
