Responsibilities:

• A Senior Project Manager (SPM) is assigned to provide leadership for the project team assigned to the project(s).
• The SPM has the Authority, Responsibility and Accountability for completing multiple projects while coordinating all required departmental and operational support.
• SPMs lead division and department assigned personnel and resources to ensure that multiple quality projects are produced on time and within budget.
• SPMs, Project Managers and Construction Managers jointly direct many work flow segments and jointly approve many decisions regarding project timelines, cost and performance.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required.

Required Skills:

• Experience – Fifteen (15) years’ experience within electrical / construction industry.
• Business Development skillset to allow for capture / retainage of customer & vendor base.
• Leadership / Coaching – Ability to work with diverse programs, departments, and other managers with integrity. Influential and approachable to allow for aligning assigned personnel with the strategic goals and mission statement.
• Organizational / Time - Management - must have impeccable time management and organizational skills, while being able to mentor / train those within the program to become excellent.
• Labor units – ability to source and learn labor units for assigned work.
• Computer Skills – HCSS, Database, Excel, and ability to work within accounting system to interpret and analyze complex business analytics.
