Job Details:
- Position Type: Full-time
- Salary: $45,000.00 per year

- Work Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
Location:
- Work Location: Largo, FL
- Commute/Relocation: Candidates must either reliably commute to Largo, FL, or plan to relocate before starting work
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Create, edit, and format documents using Adobe PDF, Excel, Publisher, Microsoft Word, and other tools as needed
- Assist in email correspondence and maintain effective communication within the team and with external partners
- Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and document management
- Uphold a professional appearance and attitude while representing the CEO's office
- Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism
