What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement strategies to recruit new members and retain existing ones
- Manage all aspects of the membership process including applications, renewals, and database management
- Communicate effectively with members, addressing queries, needs, and complaints promptly
- Organize and manage member events and programs
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure member satisfaction and consistency in member communications
- Prepare and present regular reports on membership statistics and trends
- Develop membership marketing campaigns and promotional materials
- Collaborate with the leadership team to improve member services and programs based on member feedback and needs
- Provide oversight for all branches.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience in membership management or a similar role
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in using CRM systems and database management software
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to analyze membership trends and develop strategies for improvement
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field is preferred
