- Developing accurate, timely, and detailed estimates to price competitive bids and proposals
- Reviewing architectural drawings, specifications, and identifying scopes
- Communicating with vendors and subcontractors to gather pricing and information
- Creating comprehensive proposal deliverables, including written content, graphics, and visual aids
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
The success of this role will be measured by the following KPIs:
- Quality and accuracy of estimates and proposals
- Timeliness and efficiency of proposal preparation and submission
- Collaboration and communication with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Achievement of project goals and objectives
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent amount of field experience in the applicable trade
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and e-mail
- Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat
- Experience with estimating software, such as Bluebeam, is a plus
